About
Organized January 25, 2014 for quilters of any age or level of experience who want to explore the Modern Quilting genre.
We do not have officers or rules, just fun getting together.
Mod Squad is a QGA affiliated bee, meaning all members are QGA members.
Guests are welcome to check us out a couple of times but after that must join QGA to continue.
It is not necessary to be a member of The Modern Quilt Guild but many of us have become members through the Baton Rouge Modern Quilt Guild or are individual members.
We gather once a month to discuss aspects of modern quilting and share our knowledge of it.
You may see a demo, hear about a new book or pattern, join a group project or take the time to work on your own project.
We love stepping out of the box!
When: 1st Sunday of every month Time: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Where: 155 Norcross Drive | Lafayette, LA 70508 NOTE: During COVID-19, the group is meeting on ZOOM - Call Torch for login details Contact: Torch Archibald | (337) 288-9890 | torcharchibald@gmail.com Facebook Page: QGA Mod Squad
